As an off-shoot of the up-coming Arundel Literary Festival in March, there is the chance to meet three fantastic children’s authors at The Arundel Museum on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th March.
The fabulous award-winning illustrator and author Sophy Henn (Bad Nana, Lifesize, and her latest, 'I Hate Everything') will be entertaining and delighting children and adults alike with her unique illustration expertise and Q & A session which starts at 10:15 a.m. Come along and try your hand at drawing one of Sophy’s characters!
Opposite the museum in the Pollinator's Garden, Brighton-based author and illustrator Sophie Bresnahan will be telling stories based on her debut children's story 'The Mouse and the Mushroom Blooms'. Sophie will be reading at 11 o’clock, 12 noon and 1pm. (Donations/pay what you can)
On Sunday 9th March there is yet another amazing award-winning children’s author, Vashti Hardy (Brightstorm Chronicles, Griffin Gate series, Harley Hitch and many more) who will be answering questions and talking about her fantastic books.
There will also be a fun children's book quiz over the weekend which will take you around Arundel looking for books, questions and clues! Test your knowledge and enter the draw to win a book token so you can choose what to read next! Ask for details at the Museum.
