For this inaugural event on Saturday 29th August, we are partnering with none other than our esteemed neighbours, Digby Fine English, to bring you a night that celebrates the very best of our historic town.

To guide us through the evening, we are thrilled to welcome Digby’s Co-founder and Head Blender, Trevor Clough, who will host the evening alongside us.

Matt has designed a spectacular 6-course tasting menu, meticulously curated to work in harmony alongside 5 of Digby’s finest world-class sparkling wines.
