Work soon to be undertaken in Arundel cemetery, Ford Road

We have been informed by the Parks and Cemeteries Manager at Arun District Council that part of the boundary wall to the south specifically adjacent to the boundary of number 4 Ford Road has significantly deteriorated to a point of being structurally unstable. Most of this deterioration is on the neighbouring side.

From a position of safety the decision has been taken to remove the wall within the coming weeks and replace with a timber fence similar to that seen elsewhere in the Cemetery at the same time.
