The Notable Trees of Arundel

A Walking Tour

Hear the stories of 14 different trees narrated by Arundel Tree Warden Bob Tanner.   All stops are within a short walk from the centre of town.   Some are small (the olive tree stop #7) and some are very large (the Giant Sequoia at St. Nicholas Church stop #8 ).    The route takes you from the top of the town to the edge of Swanbourne Lake.  #15 is about the role of the Tree Warden and #16 is about our recent campaign to add more Lime Trees along Mill Road.   You can walk the route or listen to each recording from the comfort of your own home.   The tour is also available on the free mobile phone app Izi.travel which is easier to use when walking.
